PRODUCTS & TOOLS

What we use—and why we use it.

We use Method brand products as part of our regular cleaning routine, along with professional-strength cleaners and specialized tools when a property needs more than an everyday product can provide.

OUR EVERYDAY CHOICE

Why Method products are part of our routine

Method products are a regular part of our cleaning lineup because they work well for many of the everyday surfaces found in homes and vacation rentals. They leave spaces feeling fresh and polished without making the property smell harsh or overly chemical.

We use them where they make sense—such as general surface cleaning, bathrooms, glass, and finishing work—because they provide a clean presentation that works especially well in homes being prepared for new tenants, owners, or guests.

Method is not the only brand we use, and it is not the right choice for every cleaning problem. Product choice always depends on the surface and the level of buildup.

Our approach is simple

Use a pleasant, reliable everyday product when it will do the job well. Use a stronger professional product when the condition of the property requires it. Never use one cleaner everywhere just because it is convenient.

WHEN METHOD ISN'T ENOUGH

Professional cleaners for heavier work

Move-out cleans and vacation rental turnovers can involve grease, soap residue, hard-water buildup, neglected surfaces, and other conditions that require more specialized products.

Kitchen degreasers

For stovetops, range hoods, greasy cabinets, appliance exteriors, and heavier kitchen buildup, we use professional degreasers selected for the surface and condition.

Bathroom cleaners

Showers, tubs, toilets, tile, fixtures, and vanities may require different products depending on soap residue, hard-water buildup, or the material being cleaned.

Glass and mirror cleaners

Low-residue products and clean microfiber cloths are used for mirrors, interior glass, and appropriate polished surfaces.

Floor-safe products

Floor cleaners are chosen according to the material, including LVP, tile, laminate, sealed wood, and other common residential flooring.

TOOLS MATTER TOO

Equipment selected for careful, detailed cleaning

Good cleaning is not only about the product in the bottle. The right cloth, brush, vacuum attachment, or non-scratch tool can make the difference between cleaning a surface thoroughly and damaging it.

  • Color-separated microfiber cloths
  • Detail brushes for corners, tracks, and fixtures
  • Vacuum attachments for edges and hard-to-reach areas
  • Non-scratch scrub tools
  • Mops and floor tools suited to the flooring type
  • Specialty tools for buildup and fine detail work

Surface-specific care

Natural stone, refinished tubs, specialty metals, unsealed wood, delicate finishes, and damaged surfaces may need special care. We adjust the product and technique when those conditions are known.

Clients should tell us in advance about delicate materials, product sensitivities, or anything that must not be used in the property.

Special requests: Fragrance-sensitive products, property-supplied cleaners, or specific product restrictions may be accommodated when discussed before the cleaning.
